As its name suggests, Miss Siam, helmed by local Chef Pairos Prapairak, looks to combine traditional Thai cuisine with beautiful presentation. Taking its lead from the decor of the hotel it sits within, it looks to evoke the stately Victorian elegance of the Rama V-era (1868-1910) combined with fresh, contemporary colors. The Chaba Thai set menu (B650) offers dishes like beef massamun and stir-fried grass noodles with crabmeat. Otherwise, a la carte dishes include various classic Thai treats like shrimp paste dip with fried mackerel (B280) and panaeng curry (lamb curry, B580).
