1. Beervana Glasses
They release a new one each year, and have previously collaborated with some of Bangkok’s best artists including Anon Pairot. For 2014, Beervana has moved upmarket with a Teku glass. Originally designed for the Italian craft brewer Baladin in 2006, and already considered the official beer-drinking glass of Italy, the outwardly curved shape is said to perfectly capture and release the aroma of a good beer. It doesn’t look too shabby, either. Available at B250 through free membership at Beervana’s Craft Beer Club on www.seekbeervana.com.

Classy yet down-to-earth, this family-run eatery from Chiang Mai is tucked away in the relatively quiet Bangkok Mediplex. We admire the kitchen’s effort to focus on tofu, mushrooms and rare indigenous veggies in dishes like the hed kham waan (spicy and sour deep-fried assorted mushroom salad, B120) and the nam prik ong set (B150), which goes well with mock kaab muu (tofu skin, B65). Don’t leave without a scoop of mango ice cream (B85).

Ethos
This earthy establishment situated just off Khao San Road boasts a world music soundtrack and both low tables with cushions and normal dining. The menu is massive, but we usually go straight for the Middle Eastern options like the falafel (B150) and hummus (B50), along with some fresh pita (B30). The tempeh burger (B175) is also a winner, while you can quench your thirst with a mango lassi (B70).

我的一位泰籍友人是位旅遊業者，她說前一段時間許多導遊喜歡安排旅客一家餐廳，這家餐廳以霸王將軍麵出名，她知道我喜歡寫部落格分享於是便二話不說的出發到~香格里拉小廚~
香格里拉小廚是一家中國餐館，裡面類似港式飲茶的菜色，老實說裡頭的菜色只能說真的很普通，唯一讓大伙知曉的應該就是這"霸王將軍麵"

泰國彭世洛美食新年倒計時 25日登場
彭世洛府市長本松13日表示，該府將在本月25日至下月1日舉辦「美食新年倒計時」活動，活動地點是彭世洛府直轄縣晨楠榮譽公園，以促進當地旅遊發展，給當地村民創收。
本松表示，彭世洛府「美食新年倒計時」已經持續舉辦了20年，每年都有大量遊客前來參加活動，因為每年活動都有所創新，且展銷的美食都以天然、乾淨、健康為原則，美食的味道更是讓前來參加活動的民眾流連忘返。今年展銷的食品超過100種，民眾可以隨便品嘗，自行選購。

Paste (Thai)
Paste is one of the most exciting openings this year. For one, it’s Thai food, which is always worth extra points in our book. Secondly, the food is delicious. This stylish eatery is run by chef couple Bongkoch Satongun, who used to work at Blue Elephant, and Jason Bailey, who has 10 years’ experience cooking Thai food. Their dishes take inspiration from traditional Thai cuisine, but they also make the most of modern techniques, artful presentation and some personal twists. The result feels almost Mediterranean at times, with less sugar and fish sauce than typically found in the rounded, five-flavors style of classic Thai food. What is lost in authenticity, however, is gained in inventiveness and subtlety.

As its name suggests, Miss Siam, helmed by local Chef Pairos Prapairak, looks to combine traditional Thai cuisine with beautiful presentation. Taking its lead from the decor of the hotel it sits within, it looks to evoke the stately Victorian elegance of the Rama V-era (1868-1910) combined with fresh, contemporary colors. The Chaba Thai set menu (B650) offers dishes like beef massamun and stir-fried grass noodles with crabmeat. Otherwise, a la carte dishes include various classic Thai treats like shrimp paste dip with fried mackerel (B280) and panaeng curry (lamb curry, B580).

Ekkamai最近開了一堆咖啡廳，就像是台灣大街小巷都能看到飲料店一樣，其中讓我最愛的是這間Nikko Café，這家咖啡廳的賣點就是舒適的環境，大片的落地窗彩進屋內，無論你是待在戶內或戶外，整個都是FEEL，餐廳有不小，適合麻吉打屁聊天或者把妹的好地方~Ekkamai Soi 12
